Iglesia de la Comunidad is a cooperative effort of four churches in the Mt. Zion Baptist Association:
the First Baptist Churches of Mebane, Graham, Burlington, and Elon. These four churches came together because of the perceived need to reach the Hispanic community in our county for Christ. At present, the church has called its first pastor, Rev. Miguel Gomez, and he, his wife and their 3 children are on the field to serve the community. The four sponsoring churches continue to support this ministry financially and through coordinated projects. First Baptist Church of Mebane also participates by meeting some of the various needs of this group through our Operation Inasmuch.

Service Times for Iglesia de la Comunidad:
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. Sunday School
              11:00 a.m. Sunday Service

Tuesday:  7:00 pm Bible Study at various Members Homes

Thursday: 7:00 pm Bible Study at various Members Homes

Saturday: Music Class (if someone wants to play an instrument)
